Let me recap: Spending - Returning tax dollars to those from whenst it came. Investment - Spending! or what my wife does when she goes to the mall. They call the money they take from us their money. They just don't get the idea that us taxpayers like to continue to think of it as ours. Even my wife listens to many of my suggestions for spending our money. Well! maybe some of them anyway.
