Imaging Technologies Announces Exclusive Sales and
Distribution Agreement in Russia and the
Commonwealth of Independent States
New Master Distributor Projects Annual Sales of $4 Million to Resellers and VARs in Russia
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 1999-- Imaging Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:ITEC - news), pioneer in the
development of digital imaging solutions, announced an exclusive international sales and distribution agreement with
Trans-Ameritech Enterprises Inc., headquartered in Santa Clara, Calif.
Trans-Ameritech will market and sell ITEC's full line of printing solutions through its network of VARs and Resellers in Russia
and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Trans-Ameritech's dealers will carry the complete line of ITEC's color
and monochrome printers, software, spares, and consumables. All transactions with Trans-Ameritech are in U.S. dollars.
