Robert, I recommend you read through the posts from around mid-Jan on the SOFTKEY=Merger Mania tread. A couple of very knowledgeable people have posted a lot of good info, e.g., the fact that J.P.Morgan has dramatically increased its stake in TLC over the last couple of months. My guess is that they know what they're doing. If earnings numbers are halfway decent the stock should jump up in Feb. Now is definitely the time to pick up some TLC. Under 17 is a real bargin.
