I've watched FCO for some time, owned it off and on. Dipped in and picked some up this past week for C$0.30. Hard to watch it so low, and dropping lower after my buy, but I figure I'll just put it away. With less than 20 million shares out fully diluted... well everyone here knows the story, I just don't see much more downside risk.
