I am having the same problem, as well as other issues. I requested a withdrawl from my account over a week ago, it still hasn't been withdrawn. I emailed them on Sunday, I still haven't heard back from them...Okay, they never emailed me but it looks like they finally got the cash withdrawn. I also have problems with the java applets many times. It seems to slow my system down, Windows NT workstatino with 64megs of RAM. Sometimes Netscape 4.5 just completely locks up.
