Frank;

Plaintree can easily restructure and be a windfall for those who buy in at these prices.

For example. Plaintree OWNS solid technology. Look at all the press the RA from Flowwise has received over the last 6 months. In January
Flowwise was considered one of the hot new startups of 1999 by Data Communications and they only have a handful of unproven products.

Plaintree has solid technology and a very wide range of products. The 9200 is a chasis any networking firm would die for.
The RA from Flowwise is stealing Cisco 7000 upgrade business every day. The new Wan connections and the cheaper SMC base boxes allow plaintree to sell into the small as well as large customers. IF THEY HAD A SALES CHANNEL!!!!.

So look at this scenario. Plaintree executes a 20 for 1 reverse split
Putting the stock at 5 dollars per share. They then sell 8 million shares for 40 million dollars enough real money to steer this much smaller company with many fewer employees (My guess under 50). They now have 9.5 million shares and 40 million dollars and a burn rate around 750k per month much of it covered by the interest on the 40 mill.

They now have real staying power which makes them a threat since they have strong technology.. Within 6 months they'll be bought out for
some 250 million leaving approx 40 million for the old shareholders and 210 million for the new investors a very nice deal.

Yes it sucks for the present shareholders as we'll only get a dollar and a half per share but if we buy in at 18 cents we might be able to recouop large parts of our losses.

This is not to far fetched and puts Plaintree on solid financial ground with solid technology and real staying power for the first time
in history.

Of course a s shareolders we hope this is a last resort and that there
is someone out there willing to pony up 100 million or so for the company as is. But in the worst case I beleive that if Plaintree lays off another 50 employees and retains my consulting services it has an excellent chance of survival..

As this miht be one of the final issues of the Plaintree millionares club I wish you all much success in the future..
