Hi: I find it sort of interesting to see how the 38% formula plays against bulls on DBCC. But even more interesting is that any tankage of MKTW "kills" DBCC. How come the formula only applies against longs? Lets face it DBCC looks happy with a bottom around 17-18 and maybe the shorts should think of covering.
