Have reviewed the site, my question is, how does this fit CRY's business model?

MCF in their PR indicated the purpose of the sale was to concentrate on e-commerce, this is also CRY's interest with emphasis on Internet Gambling.

The release did not indicate the purchase price or whether it would be accretive to earnings, MCF did not release further details:

Any additional insight into the acquisition would be helpful.
