GUC moved last week... it gapped down yesterday gapped down today even with the upgrade not particpating in the strength of the market today...admittedly there is a divergence in strength in the numbers...NAZ up ~ of 200 dow points..and S&P up ~ about 80-90 points and Dow is only up 30 without looking at time and sales GUC looks a little weak... so if the rumor is around about the takeover..where are the SPEC players.. btw, i dont know jack about GUC and don't even know if they have announced earnings..
