Details about ABTL IPO, and NVDC.

I just visited the uswheels.com, which belongs to NVDC. I filled out all the
forms, and submitted. I received a response back that somebody from Auto-By-Tel will
contact me. Do these guys have some type of affiliation with ATBT?
