Mike, remember the annual report was for the period ending last March, is full of disclaimers and is also very old information. Its purpose is to submit financial information as required by the SEC. You shouldn't expect to find any statements that imply that the venture will successful, just warnings, so other attorneys can't use the document as grounds for a lawsuit.

While on the subject, more than one professional that control over 1mln shares of Valence have expressed their disappointment at the S3 induced selloff before Christmas. The s3 had been available to professionals several days earlier who didn't find any reason to sell. They were essentially shaking their heads over the interpretations by inexperienced investors who trade on the internet without the guidance of full-service brokers.

IMO the stock is still at artificially low levels as a result and there will be contracts and other positive developments soon. When they become known, the stock will make up a lot of ground.
