sorry to see u leave us Doc why were they sued? its in the press release the advisors were got to check out possible merger or acquisitions PMTI didn't make any...and broke off ties with them I believe they are getting advice from some larger investment bank just my guess smith barney or bears sterns Doc u r comparing apples and oranges when u talk about Dow and PMTI hope u find a better investment :-)
