I guess the short-term concern is whether this acquisition and the accounting for it will negatively impact the next earning report enough to produce a more significant buying opportunity than the present? What do you think?

My overall impression is that the likelihood of the company having presumed a stellar coming quarter on which to take these charges is a bit far afield, and that this next quarter is going to be rather out of character.

Given this latest dive in the stock price, are the 20's and high teens more clearly a good possibility?
