another excellent article and an exceptional concept on your part. the creation of value is the key but many investors miss its crucial importance. the science of complexity realizes that outcomes are highly dependent on initial conditions and that most processes are non-linear. any one dabbling in high tech as a profession or as an investor should realize these facts. a nonlinear, increasing returns scenario based on the explosive possibilities of knowledge splintering in every direction is not imaginary. a nonlinear, unpredictable world provides immense opportunities for the open minded but tremendous risk for those who are not flexible and adaptive. science is changing and business education is following it (slowly). the world is nonlinear. a science for studying unpredictability (chaos) is not an oxymoron.
