ITEC - I spoke with Bruce Aher (real nice guy) in ITEC's IR department. He immediatly knew who I was when I told him my name, and he has read many posts on SI. The first thing he told me was that ITEC does own www.dealseekers.com. He stated that although nothing has been released on this....it is no secret. The web page has been up for approx. 1 year and the company is still working on the numbers. Some of the revenue dollars that have been posted here are not factual according to Bruce and he is unaware of where these #'s came from. He was unable to give me any #'s over the phone as to the amount of commerce being done on the web, but was one thing the company was compiling data on now. When will the site be announced? Again, due to insiders laws, he could not give me that info either. He stated that there would be a release but would not say when or what type of information would be in the release. We discussed the news release today about sales channels developed in Russia and he was very excited about this. That press release was held since December due to other issues being taken care of first. As far as insider holdings, approximatly 20% is held by employees of the company and 2(?cannot read if it is a 2 or a 5 on my notes?) outside investors hold another 5% each. I feel,IMO, this company has made signifigant changes in its structuring and business plan to turn this stock back around.
