Can anyone find an Oct. post where 'Rambo-ette' Shell threatened to torch the place? I can't seem to find it.
Well, Lee, that's probably because I never wrote any such thing. Mikey's lying again. This time under oath. That's called "perjury".
Here's something interesting.
I'm referred to for the first time on page 4, clause 14:
14. On October 21, 1998, warnings were disseminated over the Internet by a person believed to be in the employee [sic] of the Defendants identified as one Janet [sic] Shell that some major event was going to occur at corporate headquarters of Amazon Natural Treasures. A copy of the Internet note is attached hereto marked as Exhibit 2 and specifically incorporated herein.
Note that the relevant post, which I most certainly did make, is attached as and Exhibit. Now, here's the second mention, again page 4, clause 19.
19. At the same time, October 23, 1998, Janice Shell posts [sic: posted] on the Internet that there is to be a fire bombing at the office.
Note that this alleged post is NOT attached as an Exhibit. Because it doesn't exist.
What was the expected "news"? Jeff had called Cynthia De Monte's office, and had been told that a press release would be forthcoming shortly. It never appeared. |
