ISSM I believe rumor has it big news is coming out. My guess is this is a shell look at the chart. Check the old ISSM thread something is in the works for sure. One thing I can say is that the MMs are taking it up rapidly. STOK2 said 4.5 mil float and I believe it because they are moving it up rapidly. The small float seems to hold true for the shell scenerio. Nescom out-
