APMC - received upgrade to Strong Buy from Buy today. Book value $3.50, price $4 11/16 and high is over $8. Over 4x normal volume today and rumors of blowout 4Q earnings and possible buyout by INTL. Float only 2.5M. I feel it's about to move big. Check it out
