Dean: I really appreciate your efforts in obtaining and sharing the information you gather and since, as far as I know, you're the only one posting on this board that has actually seen the man in real life I have a few questions I hope you will take a few moments to answer. When Morgan told you that "the ball was dropped concerning the handling of the split and its timing" did he explain who "dropped" it and in what way, i.e. did the split happen on the wrong day or was the press release supposed to be issued before the split? Did he say what measures were being taken to prevent future management blunders of this nature? Did he happen to mention how he feels about his "P.R." firm touting other stocks as if they were the NFL "Pick of the Week"? Did he mention the rationale behind withholding supposedly good news, i.e. earnings for q1 and q2? Thanks, Bob
