Alert on Brazilian ADR's--Congress meets today at 4:00 pm on pension reform, if surprising news comes out Brazilian adr's are going to fly tommorrow. TSU, UBB are some plays, all of the spinoffs are in play on TSU you will see 20 if news is positive from congress -just filled tsu here 17 3/8
