I had a similar problem with ETrade.Put in a market order for BII last wed and it took 1hour and 17 minutes.Meanwhile BII went from 6 to 7.20 (which i was filled at).I complained and was reimbursed the difference which was almost $2,000.I was impressed that they recognized it was there fault and rectified it within 24 hours.
