I read in the SEC filings that these convertable debentures are REG S and that SYCR has set aside 8 million shares to handle the whole conversion. The investors could have as much as 1.4 million shares already in hand from conversion that took place before Oct. when conversion was halted for 150 days. When pluvial was bashing me last week he did cause me to realize they could be holding these shares. They are not necessarily sold. If the scenario in that article takes place the investors will dump shares just before conversion to drive down the price and get more shares at conversion date. Are there going to be enough buyers to grab all those shares if that happens? I don't know.
