Alan what do you know about this Qtr. Why the delay. I've found that when companies are going to realease bad earnings they do it quick and get the bleeding over with. But if you think about it CATS was close to the bottom and maybe they delayed to protect share holders. Maybe it was a simple accounting department change who knows.
