Wizzer, my biggest complaints with Investorline is when the website freezes up and/or crashes! When its working ok, I know to expect a period of a few minutes for a trade to get filled. (unfortunately) In the middle of the day when things aren't that busy, it might only take 1 minute - but I don't count on it.

There is a slight delay to get a confirmation - it took about 15-20 minutes to get my confirmations on the website from my trades at the open this morning. During the middle of the day it takes maybe 5 minutes...

When I have had to complain to them, they only offer to pay back the commissions for the trade in question. I don't think they would EVER give someone the "value" of the trade that they lost (unless they REALLY screwed up.. and I have no idea what that means... *lol*)

Investorline isn't too bad, I think all the discount brokerages through the banks are fairly weak. Etrade sounds better - although lately people have been complaining about problems with them online?
