I don't think OSFT is selling to IBM. I'm just pointing this out to warn people here who might jump on it at the high and get used. Don't you think that if OSFT WAS selling to IBM, they'd state that? Doesn't say it in the PR...it only says:

''This agreement will facilitate ObjectSoft's global expansion effort and properly position us to take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves in the US and around the world,'' said David E. Y. Sarna, Chairman and Co-CEO of ObjectSoft.

OSFT is simply saying...we extended our contract with IBM so that they could do the installations. Money out the door, not in.

This is MHO. If you read it otherwise and buy, more power to you.
