(pause while applause dies down) I was killing time at the (horrible) St Maartin airport. I wanted to drink some more beer, but the closest thing there was Carib, so I went over to this teeny-tiny little snack stand they have in the boiling hot open-air interior of the airport, and ordered a couple of Caribs. When lo-and-behold, what did I see behind the counter, propped up on some boards and sitting awkwardly at an approximately 15 degree angle, but a TurboChef oven!!!! Large as life!!! I hung around for a while hoping to see it in action... I guess they use it to heat up hot-dogs and nachos, but unfortunately they never used it in the three hours we had to wait for our plane to St Barth's. So there you have it, folks; there is at least one TurboChef oven, on location in the Carribean!! FWIW, -- Pete
