Already talked to the company. According to them, it is a 2-1 split, not a 3-1. They have called the SEC already to straighten this out. Also, according to the company, the split should have been effective on Tuesday, since Monday was a holiday. According to Schwab, to split is effective tomorrow. It's up to you who to believe at this point. I might wager on Schwab to pick some up this cheap. I think the company will release something to clarify, but I don't think it will be before the market close today. Good luck.
