I take it to mean that these crazed "daytraders" are in control "at the margin."

I personally would not sell my shares below $150; and would not "entertain" buying more above $51 (where QCOM was a few weeks ago), so "they" can do whatever they want in here, and I (for one) will not "dampen" their actions.
