@Home must have a reason not to buy Broadcast.com. They only have limited money(stock resources) they have to spend it wisely. Why do they want to buy Broadcast.com if they can team up with RealNets to do the same thing on the cheap? Broadcast.com is not as proven as compared with Excite. Currently, Portal/Contents is the king. I think @Home spend the money wisely.
