It looks like a blood bath today, nobody interested in bailing this one out. The company seems resigned to a sell off without trying to react to the situation. If they are truly working toward an offering at 10 to 12, then the stage is set for Lehman and their brokers to look like heros for pushing a 3 dollar stock along the way to the 10 to 12 level
