For some reason the MM's don't take limit orders even when they are under the ask. I have had it happen to me and have had others PM me about it. MADI trades in very strange fashion. A bunch of buys and they downtick, widen the spread etc. None of it makes much sense but MADI will explode within a week and it won't matter much.
