Reading the press release carefully it is apparent that Dii sold only the wafer fabrication assets of Orbit, which was the most capital intensive portion of the operation. My read is that they retained the ASIC design capabilities and will still offer "silicon design" services to their customer base. Good to see the $5.0 MM cash positive from the sale even though they will write off $13-$14 MM.
