Here is the basis of my "logic".

$12 Stock price and 16 mill shares from post 1157 (times 4 quarters).
8 million shares added from post 1194 (worst possible case).

$8 price from equal capitalization ($12 * 16 mill shares / 24 mill shares = $8).
