I don't like to see My Stock and REAL LIVE PEOPLE run down so.
So, my MLRE Shares Are A BOGART... to Shield 'Em From BOGUS.
To BOGART or Not To BOGART?! That Is The Question.
WHY BOGART A STOCK? (Shareowners Only)...
A SHAREOWNER may or may not find Allowing Optionability on One's Own Shares Being To One's Benefit. I Allow Others Optionability (as Broker Chooses) of Most my stocks, but not All. I HOLD My MLRE Investment Close; like Bogey smoked his Lucky... No One Options My MLRE shares! Owning them, I alone make the decisions of my own profitable interest; e.g. Registry Title. Held Or Not Held? My property, my choice.
I choose my MLRE Shares To Be A "Not Held" At The Broker's..
OUT of Float - AWAY from Short Sellers - Kept Aside - Mine All Mine.
It's A Choice That Varies With Circumstances....Not Always Right...
....Bad For The Market Maybe....Leverage...But It's Up To You !!
Shareowners BOGART Instructions (Options Not Applicable)...
1) HOLD The Shares in a Certificate (Like A Rock!!)
or.....Use Your Leverage....
2) HOLD The Shares in Your Name, "Not Held", Share Registry In Your Name. Sign No Optionability Permissions. Check all fine print. Cross out, initial, broker initial, and copy any changes to Account Contract or accompanying paperwork. Retain copies of fronts & backs.
Shares To Not Share (BOGARTS) are held in This Account. Others can stay in The Usual Account In Street Name.
Until One Changes Ones Mind.
Best of Luck To All However You Play 'Em,
Joana
