RE: CDNW rumors. The rumor is that Time Warner is looking to buy CDNW. CDNW is still trying to complete its deal to buy NTKI. I have no idea how much truth there is to this rumor, but I have doubts, due to Time Warner owning both record companies and record stores. . .not sure FTC allows this, due to price fixing rules. Time Warner should be on a buying spree to catch their "roadrunner" service up to At Home Network. They are rapidly losing market share, which will be nearly impossible to regain, due to deals with cable companies. Majors are picking partners. That much is for sure. Rande Is
