<<refusal to face up to welfare reform,>>

What business does the Federal Government have in
welfare at all?

Read the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States : ... to Provide for the General Welfare! Remember some creeps wander all around the U.S. to leech on states that didn't birth them. I understand that some refugees even come from rural sinkholes like Indiana to modern states like Arizona and crowd into state universities excluding local Indios and hispanics who have paid Arizona taxes all their lives. Because of this, and to equalize burdens, the poor states have insisted that the rich contribute money to them for education and welfare, The Morrill act which helped Arizona State (and U Hawaii) to be established for the benefit of all residents of the U.S. has been around since 1863. I think you learned something of your profession at ASU? With your principles, I hope that you have repaid the investment in you that the U.S., Indiana and Arizona have put in you.

<<or to fix the educational systems,>>

I'm glad that the educational problems are exactly the same
in Maine and Arizona so that one-size-fits-all government
solutions can be equally applied.
