AR, Heck, if you sell a money losing business to MU, it makes their stock go up as the losses are as good as gold. <G>

Hmmmm, no extra cap ex. It is a good thing that TXN, like Intel, is only a small chip co. or the equipment stocks might look pricey. <G>
