Puhleeze. If Atlanta had kicked a FG instead of going for it on 4th down, that would have negated Anderson's FG. What about the Randall fumble that bounced right into his lineman's hands? What about the Tim Dwight face-mask the refs inexplicably missed? The bottom line is that the breaks were even in this game. The only unbalanced factor was the home field advantage, making audibles tough for Atlanta and giving the Minnesota defense an emotional boost. Atlanta overcome these hurdles and won the game. The better QB and better coach surfaced in this game.
