The report I read said that there were new ICA licensing deals at the 3 companies mentioned. I took this to mean that the companies were using the products in their internal operations,not reselling them. I can see why Compaq and Intergraph might be resellers, but why Motorola? Rereading it now I'm not sure what they meant.
