Let see, we know the outstanding shares as Oct. 12 were 24.000.000. We don't know how many authorized shares they have. The float goes between 5.000.000 and 8.000.000. 50 to 1 RS means, as you said an open tomorrow of $ 2.50 per share. For each 1000 "old shares" at 0.05 we get 20 "new shares" at $ 2.50 each. Let's go for the 24.000.000 shares outstanding; now will be 480.000 new shares authorized. And let say we have a float of 8.000.000 shares, tomorrow the float will be 160.000 shares. NEW OUTSTANDING SHARES..........480.000. NEW FLOAT.......................160.000. Please, correct me if this figures are wrong. I think we have to wait and see what will happen before we get a heart attack. Maybe it's not going to be that bad. Maybe we get NEWS tomorrow morning. Elio
