LIVE SCRUTINY OF TRADES

There was some discussion a while ago on the possibility of applying pressure on the regulatory authorities to drop the requirement that a live broker has to review a trade before whistling it thru.
That might be difficult to change since the large brokerage houses would probably oppose such a change. It occurred to me that there is an alternative which might be easier to get adopted. Suppose anyone wanting to daytrade opened an account tagged 100% short term trading. Any trade in such an account could be recognized completely by computer and whistled thru with no human intervention. It would be hard to see how the authorities could oppose this since it leaves the system intact for ordinary accounts. Feedback anyone.
