I agree, at this point it is a lost cause, but I'd rather hold on to this dog until I hear the press release for Chapter 7. Plus at my income level taking the tax loss now doesn't have as much benefit as it will when I get over the 36% tax bracket. If anybody out there reading this board lives near San Jose.. Please do the drive by of HQ. The jokers running this 'company' have to be legitimate otherwise they would have folded a long time ago. Where are they anyway?
