Yesterday, I placed an order to sell 1,000 shares of FRLN at 6 1/8. I learned from Etrade after market close that I had a "partial fill" of 100 shares. And I still have to pay them the regular commission. It is true that I didn't place an "all or none" order, but use common sense! Their order placement page says "all or none" is for "300 shares or more." If they are going to make a partial fill, 300 shares should be the minimun. This happened on top of their frequent system failures. Any comments?
