Colin, that is interesting. I have been working with the QA department on a bunch of problems. I have reported many of these old mm entries to them, and they say they are working on a way to scan and remove these entries.

Are you getting any kind of discount or anything? If you can give me any info on that I would appreciate it. I have put in many hours for them and even put up a private web site with screen captures of the strange things Stockedge does so they can see them.

They have been much better to deal with than tech support, at least they believe me :-) , or at least they have since seeing problems with their own eyes. For instance, the problem I went on and on about here with the L2 freezing for a minute or two and then refilling with old data. After a half dozen examples they finally saw it happen themselves. That one took me 3 months. They said they were working on a fix for whatever was happening, and now I don't see the problem anymore.
