Hi Croc, When I phoned that IR lady, she was belong to the Properties sales not the administration. She was more interested in selling me properties, so I asked for info kit on both properties and stock. I don't know if they have buy back..It seems that when this company went public, the price was fixed over $1 and they said that the book value is over $1. To me this is a speculative buy.. I guess nothing is not speculate. I'll keep it and wait and see the next Q report to see if they are on track, then to decide to buy more or sell. Guess 0.70 is no harm for a bet.They have a strong balance sheet. I must admitted that this company is different from the other real estate company. George
