Tony, all naysayers should just admit that the thread founder is almost excluively correct, and naysayers are idiots. Proof of how all knowing he is:
Ligand Breakout! thread started 9/12/96. Since that time, LGND is DOWN about 18%, using LGND 9/12/96 open. (It would be down a lot more if I used that day's close). The S&P 500 is UP about 86% in that same time span.
In approximately the last 52 weeks, LGND is DOWN about 6%, while the S&P 500 is UP about 27%.
