Not sure if you noticed my post earlier - heard there is a special board mtg this Friday, which in my opinion is about something significant, like an offer that has been rumoured for so long.

Also, in my opinion, mgmt being gathered to vote on whether to accept offer and make plans to make an announcement to shareholders.

Yes, I think it has legs as I firmly believe the co will go for more than $4 Cdn. For all the solutions MSH has, it would be a valuable acquisition to the acquirer. Reread the prior posts. Valuable in the immediate future as a Y2K sol'n, enterprise wide integrated systems, etc. and in mid and far off future eg. internet sol'ns, other sectors (as MSH proved in early January), internationally with its MediLabs product.
