Why? Well, it's very simple. Who is their competitor? No one really. Who needs their products (dark fiber)? everyone: RBOCs, IXCs, CLECs, ISPs, and large enterprises. Who has the same business model? Qwest. What's Qwest's market cap? 20B. What's MFN's market cap? 3B. Get the picture?
