Dear FredE:

It does sound great as it is better than economics of the DirecTV deal but it does involve a telephone line. Basically you have to upload to web tv via their keyboard through the telephone and it responds through the satellite. In itself it gives them a great advantage over the others not too mention their better guaranteed rate through year 2000.
