IDX Systems Corporation and US Servis Announce Strategic Alliance

Business Office Outsourcing Available

BURLINGTON, Vt., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- IDX Systems Corp and US Servis Inc announced today the formation of a strategic
alliance to provide a comprehensive solution -- including information systems and outsourcing -- for the business offices of hospitals
and physician groups.

Under the terms of the agreement, IDX will market US Servis' outsourcing services to existing and prospective customers. These
outsourcing services will be marketed through The Huntington Group, a unit of IDX devoted entirely to offering professional
services for the healthcare industry. The alliance combines IDX's software, professional services, implementation, and support
services with US Servis' outsourcing for billing, accounts receivable, and financial management.

US Servis Chairman, Graham O. King, stated, "We are very pleased to have formed this important relationship. To be aligned with
an industry leader like IDX is a very positive step forward in the development of our company. IDX's solid position with group
